The 2023 year was undoubtedly the one of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. They have become one of the most famous couples globally, with the pop star taking the Kansas City Chiefs tight end to worldwide popularity.
Kelce will have his big night on Feb. 11 at Super Bowl 58, but Swift’s night will be at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards tonight on Feb. 4. Will Kelce be making an appearance alongside Swift at the music awards?
Will Travis Kelce Be With Taylor Swift at the Grammys?
Swift has been spotted at several NFL games during the 2023 season, leading fans to ask whether Kelce will be by her side for the 2024 Grammy Awards. The award ceremony will take place in Los Angeles and is presented by Trevor Noah live on CBS.
Despite speculation, Kelce will not be at the Grammys supporting Swift due to his busy Super Bowl schedule. The 2024 Grammy Awards are set to be a record-breaking night for the music superstar sweeping the nomination list.
The Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens to reach the Super Bowl, and Kelce is attempting to win his third ring. It means Kelce is unable to be at the ceremony because of his vigorous preparations in the lead-up to the big game.
Swift has already broken the record for the most nominated artist in the Song of the Year category. If she wins Album of the Year, she will become the first artist in history to win the award four times.
Swift is expected to be the headline event, but Kelce will unfortunately not be by her side.
Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show, Kelce said, “I wish I could go support Taylor at the Grammys and watch her win every single award she’s nominated for, but I think I got to practice on Sunday.”
Kelce clarified that practice was on Saturday and that Sunday was scheduled to be a travel day. “Unfortunately, I gotta get ready for this big ol’ Super Bowl that we got in a week,” Kelce shared.
Their relationship has been one of the stories of the NFL season, and the media attention is new to Kelce. “It’s exciting for me, but it’s all brand new, man,” Kelce told McAfee.
“From having the paparazzi follow me every single day into work, to just everybody having my name on their talk show every single day, whether it’s sports, whether it’s not sports, you know, it’s just been a crazy, crazy ride I could have never anticipated.”
The couple haven’t asked for the spotlight to be drawn to them at every instance. But Kelce is aware that this now comes with the territory of dating a global superstar.

“Hopefully, everybody realizes that we’re just two people in a relationship, supporting each other and having fun with it, man, it’s nothing more than that,” Kelce said
“[No matter] how much the world wants to paint the picture and make us the enemy, we just have fun with it. And we enjoy every single bit of it.”
