Injuries are an unfortunate reality of NFL life, but everyone who follows the league — fantasy football players, sports bettors, and fans of teams — wants the latest health information. In that vein, we’re tracking every NFL injury ahead of Week 12.

Let’s review the injury report for every game on the NFL’s Week 12 schedule. Remember, you can always stay updated on the latest injury buzz around the league with PFN’s NFL and Fantasy News Tracker.

NFL Week 12 Injury Tracker

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions (Thanksgiving)

  • Packers: RB Aaron Jones, OUT (knee); RB AJ Dillon, QUESTIONABLE (groin); WR Dontayvion Wicks, QUESTIONABLE (concussion/knee); TE Josiah Deguara, DOUBTFUL (hip); LB De’Vondre Campbell, QUESTIONABLE (neck); CB Jaire Alexander, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); S Rudy Ford, QUESTIONABLE (biceps); S Darnell Savage, OUT (shoulder)
  • Lions: G Jonah Jackson, OUT (wrist)

PackersGreen Bay is incredibly banged up at several skill positions heading into their Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions. Jones has already been ruled out after being carted off the field with an MCL injury in Week 11. He’s considered week to week.

Dillon will be the Packers’ lead RB if he can play. Green Bay also signed old friend Patrick Taylor and elevated James Robinson from its practice squad to its active roster.

Meanwhile, TE Luke Musgrave is on injured reserve (IR) after suffering a lacerated kidney and spending time in the hospital this week. Fellow rookie Tucker Kraft figures to draw the stat; with Deguara doubtful, Ben Sims might be the Packers’ TE2.

LionsDetroit is significantly healthier than Green Bay heading into Week 11. Jackson, who missed Weeks 6-8 with an ankle injury, will be sidelined by a wrist issue for a second consecutive game. Kayode Awosika will play left guard.

Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys (Thanksgiving)

  • Commanders: RB Antonio Gibson, QUESTIONABLE (toe); FB Alex Armah, OUT (hamstring); EDGE James Smith-Williams, OUT (hamstring); LB Khaleke Hudson, QUESTIONABLE (back); CB Emmanuel Forbes, OUT (elbow)
  • CowboysRB Rico Dowdle, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); S Jayron Kearse, DOUBTFUL (back)

CommandersGibson missed his first game of the year in Week 11 and might not be able to play on Thursday — he’ll be a game-time decision. Fellow RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. played 16 snaps behind starter Brian Robinson with Gibson sidelined last week.

Washington will likely have trouble generating pressure on Dak Prescott. After trading Chase Young and Montez Sweat at the deadline, the Commanders have since lost fellow pass rusher Efe Obada for the rest of the season, while Smith-Williams won’t play against Dallas.

CowboysDallas downgraded Dowdle to questionable ahead of Week 11, but Tony Pollard’s backup ultimately played against the Carolina Panthers. While Dowdle didn’t practice on Tuesday, he returned for a limited session on Wednesday. Deuce Vaughn will work as the Cowboys’ RB2 if Dowdle sits.

Kearse hasn’t practiced all week, and head coach Mike McCarthy suggested he won’t play against the Commanders. Juanyeah Thomas will see more snaps in three-safety looks.

San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks (Thanksgiving)

  • 49ers: G Aaron Banks, QUESTIONABLE (toe); G Spencer Burford, QUESTIONABLE (knee); EDGE Robert Beal Jr., QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); CB Samuel Womack, QUESTIONABLE (knee)
  • Seahawks: QB Geno Smith, QUESTIONABLE (right elbow); RB Kenneth Walker III, DOUBTFUL (oblique); WR Dareke Young, DOUBTFUL (abdomen); OT Abraham Lucas, QUESTIONABLE (knee) S Jerrick Reed II, OUT (knee)

49ers: Banks has missed the past two games but seems to have a better chance of playing on Thanksgiving than Burford, who hasn’t practiced all week. Banks sat out on Monday but was limited on Tuesday and Wednesday. Jon Feliciano and Ben Bartch are the next guards up on San Francisco’s roster.

Seahawks: Head coach Pete Carroll cut through Seattle’s injury designations on Wednesday, telling reporters that Smith is expected to play against the 49ers while Walker and Lucas will sit.

Second-round rookie Zach Charbonnet should play something close to an RB1 role as long as Walker is sidelined. Backups DeeJay Dallas and Kenny McIntosh will factor in, but Charbonnet will be the Seahawk’s lead back.

Lucas, out since Week 1, practiced fully this week, but the Seahawks will wait at least one more week before activating him from IR. 41-year-old Jason Peters will continue to play right tackle for Seattle.

Miami Dolphins at New York Jets (Black Friday)

  • Dolphins: RB De’Von Achane (knee); FB Alec Ingold (foot/ankle); WR Tyreek Hill (hand); WR Chase Claypool (knee); TE Durham Smythe (ankle); OT Terron Armstead (knee); OT Austin Jackson (oblique); G Robert Hunt (hamstring); G Robert Jones (knee); G Lester Cotton (hip)
  • Jets: OT Mekhi Becton (ankle/knee); LB Sam Eguavoen (hip); CB Michael Carter II (hamstring)

Dolphins: The bad news is that Miami has a bevy of offensive contributors listed on their Week 12 injury report. The good news is that every injured Dolphin managed at least a limited practice on Wednesday.

Achane seems to be trending toward playing after injuring his knee on Sunday, while Jeff Wilson Jr. (a healthy scratch in Week 11) will likely be active now that fellow RB Salvon Ahmed is on IR. Meanwhile, Hill’s injury is not considered serious.

Up front, Armstead, Jackson, Jones, and Cotton are all expected to play. Hunt might also be available, but Miami may only use him in an emergency.

Jets: Carter is the only injured New York player not practicing this week. Brandin Echols played the slot when Carter missed last week’s loss to the Buffalo Bills.

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons

  • Saints: RB Kendre Miller (ankle); G James Hurst (illness); EDGE Isaiah Foskey (quadricep); CB Marshon Lattimore (ankle)
  • Falcons: QB Taylor Heinicke (hamstring); WR Mack Hollins (ankle); DT David Onyemata (ankle); CB Dee Alford (ankle); K Younghoe Koo (back)

Saints: Miller didn’t play in New Orleans’ Week 10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, and the fact that he couldn’t practice today even after the club’s bye week isn’t a great sign. The third-round rookie hasn’t received much playing time behind fellow RBs Alvin Kamara and Jamaal Williams.

Lattimore has a high ankle sprain; he’s considered week to week but didn’t practice Wednesday. Isaac Yiadom will likely replace Lattimore as a starting CB if he can’t play.

FalconsHollins, who missed Atlanta’s Week 10 game, returned for a limited practice on Wednesday. Heinicke, Onyemata, and Alford were also limited.

Koo is the only Falcon not practicing. Atlanta will sign a kicker to its practice squad this week if Koo’s injury is serious.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals

  • Steelers: WR George Pickens (shin); EDGE Nick Herbig (hamstring); DT Montravious Adams (ankle); CB James Pierre (shoulder); S Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring)
  • Bengals: QB Joe Burrow (right wrist); WR Tee Higgins (hamstring); WR Andre Iosivas (knee); EDGE Sam Hubbard (ankle); DT DJ Reader (illness); DT B.J. Hill (knee); LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee); CB Cam Taylor-Britt (quad)

SteelersNeither Pickens nor Fitzpatrick practiced on Wednesday. While Fitzpatrick has missed Pittsburgh’s last three games, Pickens’ shin injury is new. His practice participation will be worth watching this week as the Steelers’ offense enters its first post-Matt Canada game.

Bengals: Burrow will be placed on IR this week after suffering a season-ending wrist injury. Cincinnati will move forward with Jake Browning under center.

Browning may not have the Bengals’ WR2 on the field, as Higgins did not practice on Wednesday after missing the team’s last two games. Trenton Irwin has taken Higgins’ snaps thus far, but Iosivas and fellow rookie WR Charlie Jones could begin to see more work.

On defense, Hubbard was back for a limited practice after missing Cincinnati’s last two games. But Taylor-Britt, who’s become the Bengals’ top CB this year, isn’t practicing after leaving the club’s Week 11 loss.

Carolina Panthers at Tennessee Titans

  • Panthers: TE Hayden Hurst (concussion); EDGE Marquis Haynes (back); LB Frankie Luvu (shoulder); CB C.J. Henderson (concussion); CB Jaycee Horn (hamstring); S Jeremy Chinn (quadriceps); S Sam Franklin Jr. (quadriceps)
  • Titans: RB Derrick Henry (ankle); WR Treylon Burks (concussion); OT Chris Hubbard (biceps); LB Luke Gifford (shin); S Terrell Edmunds (shoulder); S K’Von Wallace (concussion/neck)

Panthers: Hurst still isn’t practicing after sitting out Week 11. Fellow TE Tommy Tremble played 76% of Carolina’s offensive snaps on Sunday and hauled in a four-yard touchdown.

The Panthers’ secondary might look quite a bit different against the Titans. Henderson and Horn could return and start at corner, while Chinn has been designated to return from IR.

Titans: Henry was limited on Wednesday but doesn’t seem to be in danger of missing Week 12. Still, it will be worth checking his injury status for the rest of the week.

Burks has already missed two games after suffering a scary concussion in Week 9 and isn’t expected back any time soon. Hubbard has a season-ending injury and will be placed on IR this week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Indianapolis Colts

  • Buccaneers: WR Chris Godwin (knee/elbow); C Robert Hainsey (knee); LB Lavonte David (groin); LB Devin White (foot); CB Carlton Davis (hip); CB Jamel Dean (ankle/foot)
  • Colts: TE Drew Ogletree (foot); C Ryan Kelly (concussion); LB Grant Stuard (illness); CB JuJu Brents (quadriceps); S Rodney Thomas II (knee)

BuccaneersGodwin briefly departed Sunday’s game but eventually returned. He was limited for today’s practice. In the unlikely event Godwin misses time, Trey Palmer and Deven Thompkins would see more snaps opposite Mike Evans.

White, David, and Dean failed to participate in Wednesday’s practice session, while Davis was limited. With four key defenders dealing with injuries, we’ll need to closely monitor Tampa Bay’s reports this week.

Colts: Kelly and Thomas were limited, but none of Indy’s other injured players practiced today.

New England Patriots at New York Giants

  • Patriots: WR DeVante Parker (concussion); OT Trent Brown (ankle); DT Christian Barmore (knee); DL Deatrich Wise Jr. (shoulder); LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (hamstring); CB Jonathan Jones (knee); CB Myles Bryant (chest); ST Matthew Slater (ankle)
  • Giants: RB Eric Gray (ankle); WR Darius Slayton (neck); WR Sterling Shepard (hip); OT Andrew Thomas (knee); OT Evan Neal (ankle); OL Tyre Phillips (knee); DT Dexter Lawrence (hamstring); LB Bobby Okereke (hip/rib); CB Adoree’ Jackson (concussion)

PatriotsEvery injured Patriot managed a limited practice on Wednesday. Parker, Brown, and Bentley missed New England’s last game before the club’s Week 11 bye.

Giants: Slayton picked up a neck injury late in the second quarter of New York’s Week 11 win and never returned. He did not practice on Wednesday. If Slayton can’t suit up on Sunday, Isaiah Hodgins will likely see more action.

Three other starters — Neal, Lawerence, and Okereke — missed today’s practice, so we’ll check back in with that grouping on Thursday.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans

  • Jaguars: WR Zay Jones (knee); DT Roy Robertson-Harris (ankle); CB Tyson Campbell (hamstring)
  • Texans: QB Case Keenum (calf); WR Noah Brown (knee); OT Laremy Tunsil (knee); EDGE Will Anderson Jr. (knee); LB Jake Hansen (hamstring/hand); S Jimmie Ward (hamstring)

JaguarsJones played for the first time since Week 5 on Sunday, hauling in all four of his targets for 20 yards. He was limited to begin this week.

Campbell is Jacksoville’s best CB. He’s missed three of the Jaguars’ last four games with a hamstring injury and didn’t practice on Wednesday. Montaric Brown replaced Campbell against the Titans in Week 11.

Texans: Keenum, Brown, Hansen, and Ward all sat out of Houston’s Week 11 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Brown didn’t practice last week but was still questionable for Sunday’s game, which could mean he was the closest to returning.

Cleveland Browns at Denver Broncos

  • Browns: WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion); OT Dawand Jones (knee); G Wyatt Teller (ankle); EDGE Ogbo Okoronkwo (groin); LB Anthony Walker (hamstring); LB Matthew Adams (quad); LB Jordan Kunaszyk (knee); CB Denzel Ward (shoulder); CB Greg Newsome (calf); CB Mike Ford (thumb/ribs); S Grant Delpit (thigh); S Juan Thornhill (calf)
  • Broncos: RB Samaje Perine (knee); DT D.J. Jones (knee); LB Josey Jewell (back);  S P.J. Locke (ankle)

BrownsCleveland’s defense is still the best in the NFL, but the unit is undoubtedly banged up. Ward, Delpit, and Thornhill didn’t practice today, while Okoronwko and Newsome were limited — that’s five potential starters.

Broncos: Denver is much healthier than the Browns heading into their Week 12 matchup, as Locke is the only player not practicing. He’s expected to start if healthy now that fellow defensive back Kareem Jackson earned another suspension.

Los Angeles Rams at Arizona Cardinals

  • Rams: WR Cooper Kupp (ankle); WR Puka Nacua (shoulder); WR Ben Skowronek (hip); OL Coleman Shelton (ankle); OL Kevin Dotson (shoulder); DT Larrell Murchison (knee); DB Cobie Durant (shoulder); DB Quentin Lake (hamstring);
  • Cardinals: RB Emari Demercado (toe); WR Michael Wilson (shoulder); WR Marquise Brown (limited); WR Zach Pascal (hamstring); DT Kevin Strong (knee); D: Jonathan Ledbetter (shoulder); CB Antonio Hamilton (groin); S Joey Blount (knee)

Rams: Head coach Sean McVay told reporters that Kupp would not practice on Wednesday, while Nacua will be limited. Still, McVay said Monday that Kupp is a “real possibility” to play on Sunday, per The Athletic’s Jourdan Rodrigue.

The Rams designated RB Kyren Williams (ankle) to return from IR on Wednesday, and he is expected to play in Week 12. Williams was handling nearly every touch out of Los Angeles’ backfield before going down.

Cardinals: Demercado had 20 carries in Week 8 but has missed every game since. He was limited on Wednesday, but it remains to be seen if the undrafted rookie can re-establish a role behind fellow RBs James Conner, Michael Carter, and Keaontay Ingram.

Wilson has been sidelined by a shoulder injury in two of Arizona’s last three games and didn’t practice today. Brown was limited.

Kansas City Chiefs at Las Vegas Raiders

  • Chiefs: RB Jerick McKinnon (groin); WR Mecole Hardman (thumb)
  • Raiders: OT Kolton Miller (shoulder); EDGE Maxx Crosby (knee); LB Robert Spillane (ankle); CB Jack Jones (knee/hip); S Marcus Epps (neck); S Tre’von Moehrig (back)

Chiefs: McKinnon was limited on Wednesday, while Hardman did not practice. Hardman went down in the first quarter of the Chiefs’ loss to the Eagles and never returned.

Raiders: Crosby was the only Raiders not practicing today. He is typically limited throughout every week, so Las Vegas was probably just giving him an extra day off.

Buffalo Bills at Philadelphia Eagles

  • Bills: CB Dane Jackson (concussion); CB Taron Johnson (concussion); S Micah Hyde (neck/stinger); S Taylor Rapp (neck); DB Cam Lewis (shoulder)
  • Eagles: RB D’Andre Swift (ankle); WR A.J. Brown (thigh); WR Julio Jones (ankle); WR Quez Watkins (hamstring); TE Dallas Goedert (forearm); TE Grant Calcaterra (ankle); EDGE Derek Barnett (personal); DT Milton Williams (concussion); S Justin Evans (knee)

BillsBuffalo is facing multiple concerns in its secondary. Johnson and Rapp were injured during a scary Week 11 collision, while Jackson departed the game with his own injury. Meanwhile, Hyde was sidelined for Week 10 but was able to return for Sunday’s win over the Jets.

MORE: NFL Week 11 Rookie Rankings

Eagles: Swift and Brown are dealing with new injuries and were listed as limited on Wednesday. It goes without saying that absences by either player would significantly alter Philadelphia’s offensive approach. We’ll need to monitor their practice participation throughout the week.

Goedert is dealing with a fractured forearm, but the Eagles have not placed him on IR, suggesting they believe the veteran TE can return without missing four games.

Baltimore Ravens at Los Angeles Chargers (SNF)

  • Ravens: WR Zay Flowers (hip); WR Rashod Bateman (limited); WR Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder); WR Devin Duvernay (knee); TE Mark Andrews (ankle); OT Ronnie Stanley (knee); LB Trenton Simpson (concussion); CB Marlon Humphrey (calf); CB Arthur Maulet (illness)
  • Chargers: WR Keenan Allen (shoulder); WR Jalen Guyton (limited); TE Gerald Everett (chest); TE Nick Vannett (concussion)

RavensFlowers, Bateman, and Duvernay were limited on Wednesday, but Beckham did not practice. Andrews might be able to return for the playoffs, but Baltimore will likely place him on IR this week.

Stanley and Humphrey missed the Ravens’ Week 11 win over the Bengals, but both returned for a limited practice today, a positive sign for their Week 12 availability.

Chargers: Guyton and Everett failed to play against the Packers on Sunday, while Allen was questionable but suited up. All three pass catchers were limited on Wednesday.

Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings (MNF)

  • Bears: TBD
  • Vikings: TBD

Bears: TBD

Vikings: TBD
