Now that the first round is in the books, here’s a look at the Mel Kiper Big Board along with other draft experts’ best remaining players for the NFL Draft.
The lead up to the NFL Draft was consumed by quarterback debates. Would it be Alabama’s Bryce Young going No. 1 or would Ohio State’s CJ Stroud earn that pick? Could Kentucky’s Will Levis or Florida’s Anthony Richardson possibly leap them all?
As it turned out, the first two picks in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft were straight-forward. Young went first to the Panthers. Stroud went second to the Texans. Then the Colts took the risk on Richardson at No. 4.
That left Will Levis to plummet out of the first round entirely, though he wasn’t the only potential first rounder who had to go to bed on Thursday night disappointed. They’ll all be looking forward to hearing their names called on Friday as the second round of the draft commences.
