2024 East-West Shrine Bowl Announces Preseason Shrine Bowl 1000

About one month after announcing the event would be relocating from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Frisco, Texas for 2024, the East-West Shrine Bowl announced their Shrine Bowl 1000 midway through the summer. The Shrine Bowl 1000, which is the event’s watch list, featured 1,000 athletes across the college football universe. This is as thorough of a list of potential 2024 NFL Draft prospects as reasonably possible.

The Shrine Bowl 1000 provides a unique look inside the scouting process. The list of 1000 athletes identifies just how difficult it is to evaluate every single college football athlete at every level.

“This list was extremely difficult for our team to put together, scouring players from all four levels of football and speaking with NFL and college personnel to ensure we put together the best 1000 players for the NFL level,” the Shrine Bowl’s release stated.

With the release of the Shrine Bowl 1000, PFN’s team of draft analysts and evaluators will continue to spend time identifying the top athletes at a few positions.

The whole list, however, yielded a plethora of talented athletes ahead of the 2023 college football season. Here’s the entire list from the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000.
