Injuries are an unfortunate reality of NFL life, but everyone who follows the league — fantasy football players, sports bettors, and fans of teams — wants the latest health information. In that vein, we’re tracking every NFL injury ahead of Week 13.

Let’s review the injury report for every game on the NFL’s Week 13 schedule. Remember, you can always stay updated on the latest injury buzz around the league with PFN’s NFL and Fantasy News Tracker.

NFL Week 13 Injury Tracker

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans

  • Colts: RB Jonathan Taylor (thumb); DT DeForest Buckner (shoulder); CB JuJu Brents (quad)
  • Titans: C Aaron Brewer (shoulder); LB Luke Gifford (shin); CB Roger McCreary (foot)

ColtsTaylor underwent thumb surgery Wednesday and is expected to be sidelined for two to three weeks. Indy hopes he can return in Week 15 or 16, but Zack Moss will handle the Colts’ backfield until then.

Buckner remained limited on Thursday but isn’t expected to miss Sunday’s game.

Titans: Tennessee is relatively healthy entering Week 13, as every Titan is practicing in at least some capacity.

That includes WR Treylon Burks, who missed Tennessee’s last three games with a brain injury but was a full practice participant on Thursday. The former first-round WR was sidelined for three other contests earlier this year while dealing with a knee issue.

Los Angeles Chargers at New England Patriots

  • Chargers: WR Keenan Allen (quadriceps); TE Nick Vannett (concussion); OT Trey Pipkins (wrist); OL Zack Bailey (back); CB Ja’Sir Taylor (illness); S JT Woods (illness)
  • Patriots: RB Ezekiel Elliott (thigh); WR Demario Douglas (concussion); WR Kayshon Boutte (shoulder/illness); OT Trent Brown (ankle/chest); OT Riley Reiff (knee); G Sidy Sow (ankle); C David Andrews (foot); DL Deatrich Wise Jr. (shoulder); LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (hamstring); LB Chris Board (back); ST Matthew Slater (ankle)

Chargers: Allen had been on Los Angeles’ injury report for the past two weeks with a shoulder issue, but he’s now dealing with a quadriceps injury.

He didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday. However, Allen returned on Friday. We’ll need to wait for the Chargers’ official injury report to see whether he was limited today and what his status for Sunday’s game will look like.

Now that Allen is back on the field in some capacity, he should still have a chance to face the Patriots in Week 13. If he doesn’t play, L.A. will be without its WR1, who happens to lead the NFL in receptions (97) and is second in yards (1,117).

First-round rookie Quentin Johnston has struggled mightily this year, but he and Jalen Guyton could be in line for a significant target share against New England if Allen is sidelined.

Patriots: Douglas was New England’s only player who couldn’t practice due to an injury on Wednesday. The sixth-round rookie — the Pats’ leading receiver — said after Week 12 that he didn’t suffer a concussion, but Douglas must have developed symptoms.

Douglas was still out on Thursday and joined by Boutee and Reiff as DNPs.

Detroit Lions at New Orleans Saints

  • Lions: LB Alex Anzalone (hand)
  • Saints: RB Kendre Miller (ankle); WR Chris Olave (concussion); WR Rashid Shaheed (thigh); C Erik McCoy (shoulder); EDGE Cameron Jordan (ankle); LB Pete Werner (shoulder/oblique); S Marcus Maye (shoulder); K Blake Grupe (right groin)

Lions: Anzalone hasn’t practiced this week and is expected to miss multiple games after suffering a hand injury against the Packers. Fellow Detroit LBs Derrick Barnes, Jack Campbell, and Malcolm Rodriguez will take on added responsibilities.

Saints: New Orleans is dealing with serious wide receiver problems. Olave was a limited practice participant on Wednesday but will need to clear the NFL’s concussion protocol in order to play against the Lions.

Shaheed was a DNP and isn’t expected to suit up on Sunday. Expect A.T. Perry and Lynn Bowden to work as the Saints’ top two WRs.

The concerns don’t stop on the defensive side of the ball. One starter at each level — Jordan, Werner, and Maye — has failed to practice this week and could be in danger of missing Sunday’s game.

Atlanta Falcons at New York Jets

  • Falcons: WR Mack Hollins, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); CB Mike Hughes, QUESTIONABLE (hand)
  • Jets: QB Aaron Rodgers, OUT (Achilles); RB Breece Hall, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); RB Israel Abanikanda, QUESTIONABLE (illness); OL Wes Schweitzer, QUESTIONABLE (calf)

FalconsHollins has missed Atlanta’s past two games and was limited all week. Hughes has fully practiced this week, suggesting he’s trending toward playing.

Jets: Gang Green made news on Wednesday by designating Rodgers to return from injured reserve. Head coach Robert Saleh cautioned that opening Rodgers’ 21-day return window wasn’t as much about preparing the veteran QB as it was “a progression in his rehab.”

Rodgers has been circling New York’s Dec. 24 against the Washington Commanders as a potential return date. However, he’s indicated he’s unlikely to play if the Jets aren’t in playoff contention.

All three of New York’s RBs are banged up. Hall was limited on Wednesday and Thursday but fully practiced on Friday. He’s questionable, but there’s been no suggestion he could miss Week 13.

Cook was added to New York’s report on Friday, but Saleh said the veteran will be available on Sunday. Abanikanda returned to practice Friday after missing two days.

Arizona Cardinals at Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Cardinals: WR Marquise Brown, QUESTIONABLE (heel); WR Michael Wilson, OUT (shoulder); WR Zach Pascal, QUESTIONABLE (personal); TE Trey McBride, QUESTIONABLE (groin); OL Elijah Wilkinson, OUT (neck); DT Kevin Strong, QUESTIONABLE (knee); CB Antonio Hamilton, OUT (groin); CB Starling Thomas, OUT (ankle); S Jalen Thompson, QUESTIONABLE (ribs)
  • Steelers: DT Montravius Adams, QUESTIONABLE (ankle)

CardinalsKyler Murray’s pass-catching options are undoubtedly banged up, as none of Brown, Wilson, or McBride practiced on Wednesday. Wilson, who missed last week’s game, was ruled out for Week 13 on Friday.

Brown was listed as questionable heading into last week but ultimately suited up and played 62 snaps. He remained out for Thursday and Friday’s practice, but Cards head coach Jonathan Gannon said Brown is “trending in the direction” for Sunday’s game.

McBride returned for limited practices on Thursday and Friday, suggesting he’s likely to play against the Steelers. The rookie TE said feels “ready to go” in Week 13.

Steelers: Adams has missed most of the past month with an ankle issue. He fully practiced early in the week but was downgraded to limited on Friday.

Miami Dolphins at Washington Commanders

  • Dolphins: RB Raheem Mostert (ankle/knee); RB De’Von Achane (knee); RB Chris Brooks (knee); FB Alec Ingold (foot/ankle); WR Tyreek Hill (ankle); WR Chase Claypool (knee); TE Durham Smythe (ankle); OT Terron Armstead (quad/knee); OT Kendall Lamm (back); G Robert Hunt (hamstring); G Robert Jones (knee); C Connor Williams (illness); EDGE Bradley Chubb (knee); S Jevon Holland (knee); DB Elijah Campbell (shoulder); LS Blake Ferguson (ankle)
  • Commanders: FB Alex Armah (hamstring); C Tyler Larsen (knee); EDGE James Smith-Williams (hamstring); CB Emmanuel Forbes (elbow)

DolphinsMiami’s injury report is almost comically long, but it’s mostly good news. Mostert and Hill, consistently given days off to deal with injury issues, returned for limited Thursday practices and should be available for Sunday’s game.

Achane departed last week’s game and has been limited this week, but head coach Mike McDaniel said the rookie RB will suit up against Washington.

Only two Dolphins aren’t practicing. One is Holland, who wasn’t thought to have suffered a serious knee injury but now could miss Week 13. Brandon Jones and DeShonn Elliott will start at safety if Holland can’t go.

Lamm has also failed to participate this week. He’d typically be asked to start at left tackle if Armstead (limited on Thursday) can’t play. Instead, Kion Smith would likely start on the blindside if Lamm and Armstead both sit.

Commanders: Washington is relatively healthy entering Week 13. Armah, Smith-Williams, and Forbes all missed last week’s game.

Larsen played every snap, so his Wednesday DNP was likely rest-related. He returned for a limited session on Thursday.

Denver Broncos at Houston Texans

  • Broncos: WR Jerry Jeudy (groin); WR Marvin Mims Jr. (hamstring); CB Damarri Mathis (back); K Wil Lutz (right hip)
  • Texans: WR Tank Dell (calf); WR Noah Brown (knee); TE Dalton Schultz (hamstring); DT Sheldon Rankins (elbow)

Broncos: Jeudy didn’t practice Wednesday, but head coach Sean Payton said the fourth-year wideout is “fine” and suggested Jeudy would participate on Thursday — which he did, albeit on a limited basis.

Mims has been listed as limited all week. Mathis was added to the report on Thursday, indicating he was injuring practice.

Texans: Although Dell didn’t practice Wednesday, his calf injury is considered minor, and he’s expected to play against Denver on Sunday. He returned for a limited practice on Thursday.

Brown is trending toward a Week 13 return, but Schultz hasn’t practiced this week. If he doesn’t participate on Friday, Schultz will almost surely miss Houston’s matchup against the Broncos. Brevin Jordan is the Texans’ TE2.

Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Panthers: TE Hayden Hurst, OUT (concussion); TE Tommy Tremble, DOUBTFUL (hip); G Nash Jensen, QUESTIONABLE (back); G Cade Mays (ankle); EDGE Yetur Gross-Matos, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); EDGE D.J. Johnson, QUESTIONABLE (elbow); EDGE Marquis Haynes, QUESTIONABLE (back); CB Jaycee Horn, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); CB Troy Hill, QUESTIONABLE (hip); S Vonn Bell, OUT (shoulder); S Jeremy Chinn, QUESTIONABLE (quadriceps)
  • Buccaneers: WR Chris Godwin, QUESTIONABLE (neck); DT Mike Greene, OUT (calf); LB Lavonte David, OUT (groin); LB Devin White, OUT (foot); LB SirVoccea Dennis, DOUBTFUL (illness); CB Jamel Dean, OUT (ankle/foot)

PanthersHurst will miss his third straight game with a head injury. Tremble will be Carolina’s TE1 if he plays; otherwise, Stephen Sullivan and Ian Thomas will see snaps.

Horn has been on IR since Week 1, while Chinn has been sidelined for the past five games. Both could return on Sunday and join fellow defensive back C.J. Henderson, who cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and will play against Tampa Bay.

The Panthers also placed WR Laviska Shenault (ankle) and G Chandler Zavala (knee) on IR this week.

Buccaneers: Tampa Bay added Godwin to its injury report on Thursday, so he may been injured during practice. He didn’t participate on Friday, and head coach Todd Bowles said Godwin will be a game-time decision. Trey Palmer and Deven Thompkins will see more snaps opposite Mike Evans if Godwin doesn’t play.

Baker Mayfield injured his ankle on a QB sneak attempt in Week 12 and was sore after the Bucs’ loss to the Colts, but he was a full practice participant on Wednesday and is expected to start against the Panthers.

Tampa Bay has concerns on the defensive side of the ball. None of David, White, and Dean — three starters — practiced this week or will play on Sunday.

Cleveland Browns at Los Angeles Rams

  • Browns: QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson (concussion); RB Kareem Hunt (groin); WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion); G Wyatt Teller (calf); C Nick Harris (knee); EDGE Myles Garrett (shoulder); LB Anthony Walker (hamstring/illness); CB Denzel Ward (shoulder); S Juan Thornhill (calf)
  • Rams: EDGE Michael Hoecht (knee); S Quentin Lake (hamstring)

Browns: DTR isn’t practicing this week, while Cleveland also elevated Joe Flacco into its QB2 role ahead of P.J. Walker. If Thompson-Robinson can’t clear the NFL’s concussion protocol, Flacco will start against Los Angeles.

Hunt also sat out of Wednesday’s session but was back for a limited Thursday practice. He played just 26% of the Browns’ offensive snaps on Sunday and may have been hampered by a groin issue.

Garrett hasn’t practiced this week, but head coach Kevin Stefanski suggested Garrett should be able to suit up against the Rams. The All-Pro pass rusher worked on the side of the practice field today and was spotted testing his shoulder.

Rams: Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Puka Nacua (shoulder) are fully practicing, so Matthew Stafford should have both of his top receivers available against the Browns.

San Francisco 49ers at Philadelphia Eagles

  • 49ers: RB Jordan Mason (hamstring); WR Ray-Ray McCloud (ribs); G Spencer Burford (knee); DT Arik Armstead (foot)
  • Eagles: WR A.J. Brown (thigh); WR Julio Jones (knee) TE Dallas Goedert (forearm); TE Grant Calcaterra (ankle); LB Zach Cunningham (hamstring); DT Fletcher Cox (groin); DT Jordan Davis (hamstring); S Justin Evans (knee)

49ersArmstead hasn’t practiced this week but said he will play in a critical game against the Eagles on Sunday. Fellow DT Javon Kinlaw could see more snaps than usual alongside Javon Hargrave.

Mason and McCloud also sat out today’s practice. Burford missed Week 12 but was limited on Wednesday.

MORE: NFL Head Coaching Candidates

Eagles: Brown was listed on Philadelphia’s injury report entering Week 12 but ultimately had no issues suiting up against the Buffalo Bills. He’s been limited to start this week.

Goedert has been pushing to play this week as he works his way back from a fracture in his forearm. Consecutive DNPs suggested he’d need to wait at least one more week, but Goedert surprisingly returned to practice on Friday. We’ll need to wait for the Eagles’ injury report to determine whether he has a realistic chance to face the 49ers.

On defense, Cox, Cunningham, and Evans have all missed practice. Cunningham’s hamstring issue has led the Eagles to explore a potential Shaquille Leonard addition.

Kansas City Chiefs at Green Bay Packers (SNF)

  • Chiefs: RB Jerick McKinnon (groin); LB Nick Bolton (wrist)
  • Packers: RB Aaron Jones, OUT (knee); WR Jayden Reed, QUESTIONABLE (chest); WR Dontayvion Wicks, QUESTIONABLE (knee); TE Josiah Deguara, QUESTIONABLE (hip); LB De’Vondre Campbell, QUESTIONABLE (neck); CB Jaire Alexander, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); CB Eric Stokes, DOUBTFUL (hamstring); CB Robert Rochell, QUESTIONABLE (calf); S Darnell Savage Jr., QUESTIONABLE (calf); S Rudy Ford, QUESTIONABLE (biceps)

ChiefsMcKinnon missed Sunday’s game and was the only Chief who didn’t practice Wednesday. He returned for a limited Thursday session.

Bolton has been limited this week as he considers a potential IR return. He’s been sidelined since Week 7.

Packers: Jones still isn’t practicing after missing Green Bay’s Thanksgiving Day win over the Lions. He won’t play against the Chiefs. Fellow RB AJ Dillon was limited earlier in the week but doesn’t have an injury designation for Sunday.

Reed didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday but returned for a limited session on Friday. Both Reed and Wick are questionable, so Green Bay’s WR corps could look a bit different depending on whether either is able to play.

Cincinnati Bengals at Jacksonville Jaguars (MNF)

  • Bengals: WR Tee Higgins (hamstring/ankle); OT D’Ante Smith (knee); CB Cam Taylor-Britt (quad); CB Chidobe Awuzie (illness)
  • Jaguars: RB Travis Etienne (chest); TE Luke Farrell (toe); CB Tyson Campbell (hamstring)

BengalsSidelined for Cincinnati’s last three games, Higgins returned for a limited practice today and appears likely to play against the Jaguars on Monday night. Zac Taylor has remained optimistic that the Bengals’ WR2 will return, while Higgins said “the plan” is to suit up in Week 13.

Jaguars: Etienne departed Sunday’s game with a chest injury but eventually returned and handled 24 total touches. Head coach Doug Pederson said Etienne would practice on Thursday and labeled him day to day. Veteran D’Ernest Johnson appears to have overtaken third-round rookie Tank Bigsby as the Jaguars’ RB2.
