After an exciting start to the 2023 XFL season, Week 2 has the potential to provide all the same thrills of opening weekend. As we head into the second week of the XFL schedule, let’s take a look at who will be the Week 2 XFL announcers for each of the four games this weekend.
Prior to the season, ESPN announced the 16 announcers that will make up their XFL team. Those 16 are split into four teams of four, each with a play-by-play announcer, a booth analyst, a field reporter, and a field analyst. Those four teams will work across ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and FX over the 10-week XFL regular season. Additionally, ESPN Deportes announced which games they will be broadcasting this season and their crew for those games.
FX Announcers for Week 2
After simulcasting one game on ESPN and FX last week, Week 2 sees FX get two games themselves. We kick off the week on FX with the Thursday Night Football game between the St. Louis Battlehawks and Seattle Sea Dragons. That game will also be available on ESPN+.

The second game of the weekend for FX will be on Saturday when the Vegas Vipers host the D.C. Defenders. That game will also be broadcast on ESPN Deportes and ESPN+.

ESPN Announcers for Week 2
The games on ESPN this week will both take place Sunday and will be split between ESPN and ESPN2. The early game on Sunday will be on ESPN, with the prime-time game on ESPN2. Both games will also be broadcast on ESPN+.
