The Jets and Browns faced early-season injury adversity, but only one team overcame it. New York won four of its first seven games after losing Rodgers to a torn Achilles in Week 1. But disaster struck afterward with five consecutive losses and multiple quarterback changes. For my money, I’m taking the Browns to cover. Cleveland doesn’t just have a better quarterback situation with Flacco, but its elite pass rush led by Myles Garrett should dominate a Jets offensive line that’s allowed the second-most sacks in the NFL with 61. Look for Gang Green to struggle with the ball and for the Brownies to do enough on offense to win by 8+ points.
