During an interview with The Ringer Wrestling Show, Ludwig Kaiser displayed clear intent to pursue the Intercontinental Championship. While explaining his wrestling journey, Kaiser sent a message to the wrestling world: “Watch me.”

“Let’s go party. What are you doing like all oiled up in speedos jumping around in front of 30 people? What are you doing? It’s not gonna work out.” I said, “watch me,” and then it worked out. It was like within Europe and people would say “You’re never gonna get to the states,” then I got to States. And then they said “It’s NXT though, it’s not WWE. You’re never gonna get to the main roster,” and then I did. And now people say “Oh, he’s never gonna win the Intercontinental Title,” and all I say is “WATCH ME.”
