Ezekiel Elliott finds end zone, fade Sam Darnold

One of the best ways to bet on the NFL is in the prop betting market, as it allows fans and bettors to focus on specific players rather than an entire team with their wager.

Props are also a market you can take advantage of, as they aren’t as sharp as the regular spread, moneylines and totals.

So, how should you wager on Week 14? I have three props to consider across three games in today’s best picks:

Best NFL Prop Bets for Week 14

  • Ja’Marr Chase OVER 6.5 Receptions
  • Sam Darnold to Throw an Interception
  • Ezekiel Elliott to Score a Touchdown

Ja’Marr Chase OVER 6.5 Receptions

There’s some value on Cincinnati Bengals star wideout Ja’Marr Chase at FanDuel in Week 14. Chase looked like his usual self against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 13, and now his OVER receptions prop is at plus money in Week 14.

Last week, Chase brought in seven of his eight targets for 97 yards. This whole season he’s been a threat to grab seven or more catches, clearing his prop total for Week 14 in five of his eight matchups.

Chase is the No. 1 option whenever he’s in the lineup for the Bengals, amassing 82 looks from Joe Burrow in eight games. I wouldn’t be shocked if he finishes with another big day against the Cleveland Browns, especially with Tee Higgins banged up.

Sam Darnold to Throw an Interception

Sam Darnold gets another star for the Carolina Panthers in Week 14, but I don’t expect him to be as efficient as he was against the Denver Broncos in Week 12.

Fresh off a bye week, the Panthers have a tough matchup with the Seattle Seahawks, and Darnold is a prime candidate to throw a pick in this game.

Yes, he played an interception-free game in Week 12, but over the course of his career Darnold has been an interception machine. He’s thrown 52 interceptions in 51 career games heading into Sunday’s matchup.

Seattle’s defense is another reason why I’m fading Darnold, as the team has 11 interceptions on the season. Don’t expect a second straight clear performance from the Panthers quarterback.

Ezekiel Elliott to Score a Touchdown

There may not be a better back in the league at finding the end zone right now than Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

While Tony Pollard has been running wild for Dallas, Zeke has quietly scored in each of his last five games, amassing seven rushing scores over that stretch.

Dallas gets a favorable matchup with the Houston Texans in Week 14, who have allowed 15 rushing scores on the season, good for the fifth worst mark in the NFL.

Zeke is by far my favorite pick to find the end zone this week.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
